Adventure Program – Wolves and Womens Weekend: Boundary Waters Adventure
Wolves and Women’s Weekend: A Boundary Waters Adventure
Get away with the wolves for a weekend!
Enjoy the company of women whose lives are as hectic as yours while learning about wolves and the northwoods. Slow it down for the weekend; relax with some wine and cheese as we gather at the Northern Tier High-Adventure Canoe Base for canoeing, radio telemetry and trekking through the beautiful northwoods. Then, return to the International Wolf Center to attend our What’s for Dinner? program to observe our ambassador wolves feeding before you spend the night in the auditorium.
This program has many moderately strenuous activities you will enjoy in the outdoors. The first night will be spent at an off-site rustic cabin while the second night will be spent in the Center’s auditorium. Dress appropriately for the weather and be sure to bring warm layers of clothing as well as bedding and a towel for showers.
