[Switzerland] Five Weeks of Wolf Regulation 2026: At Least 26 Wolves Killed
From WildBeimWild.com:
Since 1 September, Switzerland’s fourth preventive wolf regulation has been underway. After five weeks, at least 26 kills within this regulation have been documented according to official figures. In addition, there was one reactive individual kill in Valais. The Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) has already granted authorisations for 37 packs.
No authority publishes an overall tally, so IG Wild beim Wild has compiled the figures published by the cantons.
