[California] Yowlumni Pack believed to no longer exist

It has been a foregone conclusion for months now but it’s now considered the Yowlumni Gray Wolf Pack no longer exists.
The Wolf Pack was first discovered in the Sequoia National Forest in Southeastern Tulare County in July, 2023. At the time it was the farthest south discovered Gray Wolf Pack in California since the return of Gray Wolves were first detected in the state in 2011. It was also the first Gray Wolf Pack discovered in this area in more than 150 years.
