WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT THE
INTERNATIONAL WOLF CENTER’S
WOLFLINK VIRTUAL LEARNING PROGRAM
I’m always looking for different and unique ways to differentiate my teachings and this was certainly a very effective way of accomplishing that. We’ve taken “field trips” to the Great Barrier Reef and now to wolf country, which otherwise we wouldn’t have access to the experts. The concepts I’ve taught were well supported and for those kids that didn’t fully understand those concepts beforehand by hearing it from another authority, it made sense.
Your presentation to our students, principals and board members this morning was outstanding! This was our first virtual tour and we were extremely impressed. I am a former elementary teacher and you did a superb job of getting the students involved in the tour, demonstrating enthusiasm, and giving them a strong knowledge base about wolves. In short…you were fantastic in your presentation and that is what made this virtual tour a great starting point for our school district.
I would recommend the Wolf Ecology program to others in my district because it fits right in with our current science unit. Students remained engaged throughout the program. This was very appropriate for 5th grade science, and seeing and hearing live wolves is a great experience for students
