Zoo announces death of two red wolf pups

The N.C. Zoo has announced that it recently lost two critically endangered American red wolf pups.
The pups, Hurricane and Typhoon (Ty), were part of a pack of five born Sunday, April 15, at the zoo under the American Red Wolf Recovery Program. The zoo has been part of the program since 1994.
