Wisconsin DA files charges against man accused of killing wolf

HARSHAW, Wis. (WSAW) — The Wisconsin DNR is recommending a 48-year-old man be charged with animal mistreatment resulting in death after he’s accused of fatally shooting a wolf during the first day of the gun deer season.
