Sherman, Smackout wolfpacks attack two calves

From the Capital Press:

Two calves were attacked by wolves last week, according to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, which said the predators belonged to two different wolfpacks.

Wolves from the Sherman Pack severely injured one calf, which was discovered July 21 on a grazing allotment in Ferry County, Wash., according to a department press release.
