Research suggests wolves could be beneficial in fight against TB
From www.farminguk.com:
Wolves could be a benefit to farmers by helping to prevent the spread of deadly diseases such as tuberculosis among livestock, new research suggests.
Research published in Scientific Reports and led Heriot-Watt University suggests the pack animals help limit the spread of disease among wild boars and cattle.
The work focuses on the province of Asturias in north-western Spain where the wolf population occupies two-thirds of the region.
