Neenah native earns unique summer internship

For biology majors like Rachel Smaby of Neenah, few coveted summer internships allow them to learn, lead and foster a love of the outdoors at the same time.
This summer, Smaby hit the internship jackpot with one of six summer internships at the International Wolf Center in Ely, Minnesota. As a wolf educator intern at the northern Minnesota interpretive center that houses seven ambassador wolves, Smaby will lead hourly education sessions and answer questions from visitors to the center.
