Campers will learn about wolves and other animals through hands-on outdoor activities during this summer time program! Activities and learning will take place both indoors and outdoors. Join us for a fun, relaxing weekend learning about wolves and the Northwoods while enjoying the company of women who have the same hectic routine as you! Slow it down for the weekend, enjoy some wine and cheese as we gather at the Northern Tier High Adventure Canoe Base. Participate in a weekend full of dogsledding, radio telemetry, and trekking through the beautiful Northwoods! Enjoy everything the wilderness has to offer on this outdoor adventure!

Spend a day in the shoes of a biologist when you join us for our wolf research weekend adventure! Learn your way around the tools biologists use to locate wolves in the field, test your skills hunting for elusive radio collar signals, and learn more about how wolf research informs wolf management. Then, observe our wolves feeding at the Saturday night "What's for Dinner?" program before settling in to spend a night in front of the wolf-viewing windows.

Spend a weekend "Workin' for Wolves" assisting the wolf care staff with some very specialized projects. Program starts at 8 am Saturday and ends at noon on Sunday. Participants will be working adjacent to the wolf yard to gain insight on the skills and abilities necessary to manage a safe, clean and enriching facility for the ambassador wolves. How do we keep the wolves stimulated? International Wolf Center staff design enrichments. Some offerings are successful, while some only last a few seconds. Join the International Wolf Center for this "Enrichment" focused "Workin' for Wolves" program. Creativity is a must for this program; Participants will work in teams to create unique (wolf care staff approved) enrichments to be delivered to the wolves.
